Between Trips and Tramps and Wairaurahiri Jet they will show you just how amazing this unique and isolated part of Fiordland is. Depart Te Anau with Trips & Tramps on a guided 90km journey to Clifton. Here you will meet the Wairaurahiri Jet Team who will drive you to Lake Hauroko, New Zealand's deepest lake. Take your journey in the remote Southern Fiordland National Park across Lake Hauroko and down the Wairaurahiri River. Arrive at the isolated South Coast, explore the rugged southern coast and enjoy a tasty kiwi BBQ at Waitutu Lodge. We return home via the same path.
